Joe earned his Physician Assistant degree at Stanford University and completed his training at the Stanford Medical Center and Veterans Administration Palo Alto. With 23 years in medicine serving as a Marine Corps. Naval Combat Corpsman, Firefighter Paramedic, and Yosemite Search and Rescue Paramedic, Joe has worked on the front lines alongside top medical professionals and athletes while treating those whose lives depended on the finest medical treatment available. Joe is fueled by his desire for optimizing performance, health and longevity, which has driven these lifelong endeavors.
He has aspired to synthesize his years of medical experience with the latest science and research to help elite professionals, amateur athletes and those that desire total mind and body optimization to progress toward a higher quality and more fulfilling life.
