Todd Kielman, PA-C, DMSc, MPAS, is a physician assistant with over 20 years of experience in orthopedics, primary care, urgent care, emergency medicine, trauma management, and men’s health. At Regenerative Sports & Medicine in Santa Monica, CA, Todd works closely with Dr. McClain to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Todd earned his bachelor’s degree and master’s degree in physician assistant studies at The University of Nebraska–Lincoln. He then went on to complete his doctorate in medical science at A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine.

Throughout his career in healthcare, Todd has worked with in a variety of roles, including serving as a sexual medicine and hormone specialist. He is skilled in treating hormone imbalance, erectile dysfunction, overactive bladder, hypogonadism, and weight management issues. While Todd enjoys helping patients enhance their health and wellness with therapies like HRT, he can also address chronic conditions such as diabetes and hypertension. With his clinical experiences, Todd brings immense value to the Regenerative Sports & Medicine team.

Additionally, he serves on the board of directors for PAs for Tomorrow and San Antonio Lifetime Recovery. Todd has proudly served his country for over 25 years in the United States Army. During his service, he was awarded numerous prestigious awards, such as the Bronze Star Medal, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal with “V” for Valor under fire, Army Achievement Medal, Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal, Afghan Campaign Medal, and the NATO Medal. As a highly trained physician assistant, Todd is happy to provide his expertise at Regenerative & Sports Medicine to help patients find relief from pain, limited mobility, and other health issues that prevent them from living their life to the fullest.
